Description of Service EstiMATE provides a calculation tool for route and service pricing. Free Version: Access to basic calculation features. PRO Version: Access to advanced features for $4.99/month or $49.99/year. 3. BINDING DISCLAIMER: "ESTIMATES ONLY" EstiMATE is a tool for estimation purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculation generated by the app. Financial Risk: You are solely responsible for verifying the final price of any quote or contract before presenting it to a customer. No Liability: Under no circumstances shall EstiMATE or its owners be liable for any financial loss, lost profits, or business damages resulting from the use of this tool. 4. Third-Party Mapping Data Automated mileage and route data are powered by Google Maps. EstiMATE is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the mapping data, road closures, traffic conditions, or routing errors provided by third-party APIs. Users should verify that the calculated route and mileage are appropriate for their specific vehicle or service requirements before finalizing any quote. 5. Subscriptions and Refunds Billing: PRO subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. 6. Prohibited Use You may not use EstiMATE for any illegal activities or attempt to reverse-engineer the software. 7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
